Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 4-10 business days
  • Australia: 4-10 business days
  • United States: 4-10 business days
  • Canada: 5-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include original packaging where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return the item at your own expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
